All meat processed at our facility comes vacuum-sealed with the option to use custom labels for direct-to-consumer businesses and meat providers.

How it Works
Step One.
Make an appointment
Call our office to schedule an appointment. We highly recommend scheduling well in advance, however, we also have a call list. Get your name on it and if there is a cancellation we will give you a call!
Step Two.
Drop Off your animal
Bring your animal the afternoon before the scheduled kill date with a brand inspection. Then fill out your cut sheet with the instructions for the butcher online within one week of drop off.
Step Three.
Pick up your meat
We will call or email you when your meat is ready for pick up. We ask that you kindly pick up your finished product within 8 business days. Need more time? Ask us about our long term storage options!
