Cancellation & No Show Policy

  • A credit card will be kept on file at the time of booking. No charges will be made to the credit card unless there is a cancellation or no show.

  • Kindly give WHMC 30 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and there will be no cancellation fee.

  • For no shows or cancellations/reschedules within 30 days of scheduled kill date, there will be a cancellation fee of $100 per beef, $60 per hog, $30 per sheep/goat, and $180 per bison/yak.

Pick Up & Payment Policy

  • All products are packed in boxes that you may take home with you. We will notify you by phone and/or email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • We ask that you pick up and pay for your order within 7 days notification of completion. Storage fees of $10 per animal, per day will be applied after 7 days.

  • We have long-term storage available for an additional monthly fee after processing has been paid.

  • If the owner has made no effort to communicate with WHMC or pick up the product within 16 business days, WHMC has the right to repossess and dispose of the product in order to compensate employees.

  • For picking up product, hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Aging & Storage

  • Dry Aging: Up to 21 days included with processing

  • Extra Dry Aging: $15 per carcass/ per day after 21 days

  • Dry Aging (Kill & Clean Only): $75 per carcass for up to 21 days

  • Long Term Freezer Storage: 25¢ per box per day, paid monthly and/or before picking up product

  • Box Deposit: $10-25/ per animal depending on species. Bring back your WHMC boxes and get your choice of WHMC snack sticks or your deposit back.

Custom Labeling

  • One Time Set Up Fee: $150

  • Custom Logo Design: Available, Price varies
